I wanted to surprise a friend for her birthday from the Netherlands while she was in Yogyakarta. After choosing and paying for a cake – quite exciting to arrange all the way from the Netherlands – I received an email from Sylvia letting me know that the cake I had chosen couldn’t be delivered to that address. What a pity! But she immediately offered a solution: I could pick a different cake.
The cake was scheduled to be delivered on my friend’s birthday, but unfortunately she wasn’t home at the time. Sylvia coordinated directly with her, and together they arranged a suitable time. The cake was indeed delivered then, and I heard it was absolutely delicious.
All praise to Sylvia – she was polite, professional, and resourceful, always coming up with good solutions. I have honestly never experienced such excellent customer service before!
My friend in Jakarta received the flowers & cake on her birthday as requested. The seller responded to my questions in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly for me and my friend was happy, so thank you for the wonderful service!

There was a change to the availability of the product I ordered. The communication to notify and coordinate a different option was very impressive. That doesn’t happen anywhere anymore with other businesses. Then delivery details were exchanged and the best possible delivery was made. I went from being impressed to being very happy. This is how you earn business!!!
